tNOTICE: Village Elections to be held Tuesday, March 20th from 12 noon to 9pm WINTER PARKING RESTRICTIONS: In order to maintain proper snow removal, no parking will be allowed on any street within the village limits between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 am from December 1st through April 1st. Any vehicle parked on a Village of Fair Haven street during these restricted times shall be subject to having that vehicle towed away at the owner's expense or to face a fine of up to but not exceeding $25 or both. MEETINGS: Village Board 2nd  Monday of each Month @ 7:30 pm Planning Board 3rd Tuesday of the month @ 7:00 pm Zoning Board of Appeals as needed NOTICE Leaves ONLY placed in clear plastic bags (40# weight limit) & brush no longer than 6 feet will be picked up on the last Wednesday of the month from April to September. These items must be placed on the edge of the roadway by 7:00 a.m. that Wednesday but no earlier than the Sunday before. Due to strict NYS DEC regulations, we DO NOT pick up garden waste, grass clippings, seaweed, dead flowers, nuts, weeds or animal waste. Contractors cutting down trees on privately owned property are responsible for removing the debris.
