SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Fleming will hold a special meeting at the Town Hall, 2433 Dublin Road, Fleming, on Friday, February 3, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. The purpose of the special meeting will be to consider the enactment of Local Law 2012-1, which proposes to amend certain sections of the Town Zoning Law to supplement existing definitions, cure prior omissions/inconsistencies and clarify dimensional requirements. Town Board action may be taken to enact the proposed Local Law at this Special Meeting. Dated: January 25, 2012 |
