AH...IT'S SPRING AT LAST!  Warm sunny days feel wonderful after being cooped up in the house all winter long, don't they?  But, what's this?  My basement is flooding?  My allergies are back?

Even though everyone is happy to have the warmth of Spring and Summer, there are many things that people need to prepare for as the season changes.  Melting snow and heavy rains cause flooding of all kinds.  Spring also brings up new growth of trees, flowers, and grasses that release pollens that affect people in many different ways.  These are seasonal allergies.  The warmer months bring out the bugs, and the desire to go on a picnic.
