DEATHS:  Gary R. Stayton, beloved father of Denise Stayton, he served in Vietnam and was the owner of operator of Stayton Excavation and an exempt member of the New Hope Fire Department.

 

Anne Marie Cosentino, beloved mother of Guy Cosentino, former Mayor of Auburn, her children came first she took great love in teaching them, she became an integral part of Cosentino’s Florist, and helped design flowers for four presidential inaugurations.

 

Dorothy S. (Dot) Loomis, she was co-chairman of the County Republican Party, past president of the Cayuga County Woman’s Republican Club, an elected delegate for the Republican State Convention and served as administrative assistant to both Senator John Terry and William Walsh.

 

Gerald L. Pettigrass, owned and operated Pettigrass Funeral Home for more than 40 years, he was in the Army reserve, former member of Knights of Columbus, Sons of Italy, and charter member of Dutch Hollow Country Club.

 

PUBLIC HEARING: 6:00PM – To Adopt a Local Law No. ______ For The Year 2012, “A Local Law which Requires that after Adoption of a County Budget, a Two-Thirds (2/3) Weighted Vote is Required to Appropriate Funds from the Unreserved, Unrestricted, Un-appropriated Fund Balance into another Budgetary Account and to Require a Two-Thirds (2/3) Weighted Vote to Transfer Monies from the Contingency Account into another Budgetary Account”.
