Bartnik, beloved mother of Legislator Hans Pecher, married to Herman Bartnik
and spent 35 years as a farm wife which were the happiest days of her life. Ursula
enjoyed traveling and presiding over the annual family Oktoberfest.

Justice for the Town of Montezuma for eight years, Supervisor for the Town of
Montezuma, member of the Montezuma
Democratic Committee, and life member of the Montezuma Fire Department.
Mary Reilly Franchina,
employed by the Auburn Enlarged School District for 17 years as a Teacher’s
Aide.
Director of volunteers at
Mercy Health and Rehabilitation Center, served on the board of directors of
Cayuga Counseling Services and the Cayuga County United Way.
David
A. Farrell, long time Cayuga County Treasurer and Legislator Mike Farrell’s
Uncle. David was elected to his first
term as Cayuga County treasurer in 1972 and
was re-elected numerous times to hold the treasurer's post for more than 30
years. David was also an original member of the Cayuga County Industrial
Developmental Authority.

WORKS:
8-12-PW-1(T) (TABLED) Approving an increased Vendor Fee for Vendors
wishing to use electrical power when they are not on park grounds and
authorizing the County Attorney to create a new vendor agreement reflecting
this change
8-12-PW-2(T) (TABLED) Authorizing the Chairperson of the Cayuga County
Legislature to extend an agreement with New York State Industries for the
Disabled (Rochester Rehabilitation), a preferred provider in New York State, to
provide cleaning services for Cayuga County Buildings.
8-12-PW-3 Authorizing the Chairman of the
Legislature and Highway Superintendent to enter into a one (1) year agreement
for snow and ice removal with Towns and Villages of Cayuga County.
8-12-PW-4 (Revised 8-21-12) Authorization on to accept bid for Glen Haven
Road slope stabilization; authorizing the transfer of monies from the
Contingency Account to Capital “H” Project No. 11-04; and amending Capital “H”
Project No. 11-04.
JUDICIAL & PUBLIC SAFETY:
8-12-JP-1 Authorizing the
Chairperson of the Legislature to Sign an Agreement with all User Agencies and
Municipalities Operating on the New Emergency Communications System.
8-12-JP-2 Authorization to
Fill Two Vacant Emergency Services Dispatcher Positions.
8-12-JP-3 Authorizing the Sheriff of Cayuga
County to Apply for Funding from the New York State
Division of Criminal Justice Services for Law Enforcement’s
Continuing Efforts in
Anti-Drug, Crime Control and Prevention.
8-12-JP-4 Authorization to
enter a Support Plan Agreement with Black Creek Integrated System Corporation
for supportive services concerning the software and its operation that is used
to support the booking record system at the Cayuga County Jail.
8-12-JP-5 Resolution of
support by the Cayuga County Legislature to New York State Senator Michael
Nozzolio, 54th District, allowing for an amendment in the NYS
Criminal Procedure Law to include the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office Employees
in the Marine Unit Peace Officer Status and to carry firearms while on duty.

8-12-JP-6 Authorize the
Chairman of the Cayuga County Legislature and the Sheriff of Cayuga County to
extend the Agreement with Trinity Services, I, LLC, and also known as Canteen
Correctional Services, to provide food services for the inmates housed at the
Cayuga County Jail.

Repealing Resolution No. 175-12 and authorizing the Sheriff of Cayuga County to
Purchase a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe to replace an existing 2005 Ford Crown Victoria
Police Interceptor that is in need of numerous mechanical repairs and had
accumulated high mileage.
8-12-JP-9 Authorization to
fill a vacant part-time Time Emergency Services Dispatcher Position.
8-12-JP-7 Fixing day and
Notice of Public Hearing on Adopting Local Law No.____ for the Year 2012 a
Local Law prohibiting the possession and sale of dangerous substances, which
are mislabeled or unlabeled, whose intended purpose is to be ingested to mimic
the effects of controlled substances and/or marihuana and which have no other
legitimate use or purpose.
