1A.      Authorizing the County Treasurer to Pay          June 12-25, 2012 Audit of Claims

1B.       Authorizing the County Treasurer to Pay          June 26-July 9, 2012 Audit of Claims

 

WAYS & MEANS:

7-12-WM-1      Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature to Sign an Agreement with Auctions International to Auction Cayuga County Tax Foreclosed Property.

 

7-12-WM-2      Authorization to Create and Fill the Position of Real Property Clerk and Abolish a Real Property Clerk Position in the Cayuga County Treasurer’s Office.

 

7-12-WM-3      Authorizing the Cayuga County Treasurer to fill a Principal Account Clerk Position Due to a Retirement.

 

HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:

7-12-HH-1 (P) (Pulled) Authorizing the Director of Health & Human Services to fill a part-time WIC Assistant position due to resignation in the Health Department Division of Health & Human Services.

 

7-12-HH-2       Authorizing the Director of Health and Human Services to fill a Human Services Examiner position in the Public Assistance Unit of Human Services on a temporary basis behind a leave of absence of an undetermined length of time

 

 

 

HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES CON’T:

7-12-HH-3       Authorizing the County Treasurer to amend the 2012 Cayuga County Human Services budget.

 

7-12-HH-4       Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to enter into a contract with Catholic Charities of the Finger Lakes to provide Supervised Visitation Services for clients referred to them by the Department of Social Services.

 

7-12-HH-5       Authorizing the Chairman of the legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to renew the contract with Cayuga Centers (formerly Cayuga Home for Children) for the provision of Preventive Respite and Child Welfare Diagnostic Services.

 

7-12-HH-6       Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to enter into a contract with Cayuga Counseling Services, Inc. for the provision of community Detention or Respite  Based Mental Health Diagnostic Assessments to children and to make recommendations for treatment.

 

7-12-HH-7       Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to enter into contracts with various Clinical Psychologists to conduct Clinical Parental and Child Assessments for Child Welfare cases.

 

7-12-HH-8       Authorizing the Administrator of Cayuga County Nursing Home to accept a proposal for sidewalk/patio at the Nursing Home.

 

7-12-HH-9 (P) (Pulled) Authorizing a change in the compensation plan to allow a returning Nurse or Nursing Assistant to continue to work part time for the County at the same rate of base pay.

 

7-12-HH-10     Amending the Mental Health 2012 budget to increase state aid funding for Unity House, Inc. and Confidential Help for Alcohol and Drugs, Inc.

 

7-12-HH-11     Authorize the Chairman of the Cayuga County Legislature and the Director of the Cayuga County Community Mental Health Center to enter into an agreement with the Health Advancement Collaborative of Central New York, Inc.

 

GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS:

7-12-GO-1       Cayuga County Legislature Resolution to support Full Casino Gaming at the Nine Existing Racinos in New York State.

 

7-12-GO-2       Authorizes the Cayuga County Clerk to take advantage of a four year                                                option in their current service contract between Xerox (formerly                                                        ACS) and Cayuga County.

 

7-12-GO-3       Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature to enter into an agreement with                          Auctions International to sell Cayuga County’s personal surplus items.

 

7-12-GO-4       (Tabled @ Committee) Authorization to create and fill and Audit Review Analyst and Authorization to fill an Administrative Assistant Position to the County Administrator in the County Administrator’s Department.

 

7-12-GO-5       Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature to renew a Contract with                                                Ace Automatics for Vending Equipment & Services for various Cayuga                                       County Departments.

 

7-12-GO-6       (Revised 7-16-12) Standard Work Day and Reporting Resolution for Elected and Appointed Officials.

 

 

GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS CON’T:

7-12-GO-7       Authorization to hire a temporary Legislative Assistant to cover a medical leave of an employee in the Clerk of the Legislator’s Office.

 

7-12-GO-8       To Adopt Local Law No. ___ for the Year 2012, “A Local Law which requires that after Adoption of a County Budget, A Two-Thirds (2/3) Weighted Vote is required to Appropriate Funds from the Unreserved, Unrestricted, Un-appropriated Fund Balance into another Budgetary Account and to require a Two-Thirds (2/3) Weighted Vote to Transfer Monies from the Contingency Account into another Budgetary Account”

 

PLANNING: 

7-12-PL-1        Authorizing The Cayuga County Employment And Training Department To Enter Into a Sub-Lease Agreement With New York State Education Department/Acces-Vr And Authorizing for The Chairman Of The Cayuga County Legislature To Sign Said Agreement.

 

7-12-PL-2        Authorizing The Submittal Of A Grant Application And Funding Request To The New York State Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) By The Cayuga County Department Of Planning And Economic Development And The Town Of Owasco As Co-applicant To Review And Update The             Owasco Lake Watershed Management Plan.

 

7-12-PL-3        Authorizing Filling The Vacant Position Of CCIDA Secretary/Treasurer And Pay With 100% Reimbursement From CCIDA On The Payroll For The Department Of Planning And Economic Development And Setting The Salary And Departmental Reimbursement For The Position.

 

7-12-PL-4        Authorizing The Establishment Of Capital “H” Project No. 12 -  (Construction Of New County Road) And The Execution Of Necessary Agreements Thereto.

 

PUBLIC WORKS:

7-12-PW-1       Approving Charging the same Parking Fee for TomatoFest that is charged for all other events at Emerson Park except the July Third Fireworks and revising Resolution 93-12 to reflect this Change.

 

7-12-PW-2       Authorization to Hire Part Time Seasonal Laborers for 2012/2013 Snow Season.

 

7-12-PW-3       Emend Cap “H” FUND for Glen Haven Road Project 11-04.

 

7-12-PW-4       (Added 7-11-12) Authorization to Accept Bid for Grove Street Bridge Replacement and Increase Capital “H” Project NO. 10-07, using General Fund Loan.

 

7-12-PW-5       (Added 7-11-12) Authorization to Accept Bid for Erron Hill Bridge Replacement and Increase Capital “H” Project No. 10-06, using General Fund Loan.
