General Information about Emerson Park Hours: Open Dawn to Dusk Park is a carry in-carry out your trash park No pets Dogs are allowed on leashes on the Fleming side of the park. (West of Deauville Island and across from the Express Mart) No glass beverage containers allowed. Senior Citizens and Handicapped Free Admittance Picnic shelters and the Pavilion are available for rental. Call the Park office at (315)253-5611 for additional information. Emerson Park has an 18 hole disc golf course. The course has three sets of tees: 1. Yellow for professional players (6196 feet long) 2. Red for amateur players (5149 feet long) 3. Blue for recreational players (4111 feet long) The course is located south and east of The Ward W. O'Hara Agricultural Museum.
