Acting Mayor Gary Fickeisen called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. Trustees Nancy McGuerty, Gary Mulvaney, and Chris Leonard were in attendance. Also present were: Village Code Enforcer Michael Wellauer, Daniel (Jerry) Vevone, Daniel Barnett, Doug Staley, and Dale Bancroft.
· VILLAGE ELECTION INSPECTOR
A motion was made by
Trustee McGuerty, seconded by Trustee Gary Mulvaney and carried with a 3-0 vote
to rescind the appointment of Anne Townsend for Village Election Inspector due
to her relocating out of the Village of Moravia.
A motion was made by Trustee McGuerty, seconded by Trustee Leonard and carried with a 3-0 vote to direct the Village Clerk to send a letter to Anne Townsend notifying her of this rescission and thanking her for her years of service.
A motion was made by Trustee Mulvaney, seconded by Trustee McGuerty and
carried with a 3-0 vote to appoint Linda Badman (Republican) for Village
Election Inspector.
A motion was made by Trustee McGuerty, seconded by Trustee Mulvaney and
carried with a 3-0 vote to appoint Carol Wood (Republican) and Barbara Adams
(Democrat) as alternates for the Village Election Inspectors.
