6:30 p.m. Trustees Nancy McGuerty, Gary
Mulvaney, and Chris Leonard were in attendance. Tim Rouse was also present.

A motion was made by Trustee Mulvaney, seconded by Trustee Leonard and
carried with a 3-0 vote to adjourn at 6:45 p.m.
