Mayor Donald Myers called the meeting to order at 5:36
p.m. Trustees Nancy McGuerty, Gary
Fickeisen, Gary Mulvaney, and Chris Leonard were in attendance. Also present were: Anne Riddell - Clerk, Charles Marangola - Village Attorney, and
Tim Buhl.
A motion was made by Trustee Leonard seconded by Trustee McGuerty and
carried with a 4-0 vote to enter executive session at 5:36 p.m. to discuss the
Town of Moravia Water Service Agreement.
A motion was made by Trustee McGuerty, seconded by Trustee Leonard and
carried with a 4-0 vote to exit executive session at 6:30 p.m.
A motion was made by Trustee Mulvaney, seconded by Trustee Fickeisen and
carried with a 4-0 vote to adjourn at 6:30 p.m.
