A motion was made by Trustee Leonard, seconded by Trustee McGuerty and carried with a 4-0 vote to call the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Trustees Nancy McGuerty, Gary Fickeisen, Gary Mulvaney, and
Chris Leonard were in attendance.
Michael Dopko was also present.
