Mayor Gary Mulvaney called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Trustees Nancy McGuerty and Gary Fickeisen were in attendance. Trustees Anthony Peppe and Chris Leonard were absent. Also present were: Mike Hosey – Elmira Savings Bank President, Nikki Shadduck – Elmira Savings Bank, Elise Johnson-Schmidt – Johnson-Schmidt & Associates, Barbara Adams, and Donald Myers,
Elmira Savings Bank addressed the Board with their proposal for a Grant for renovations of the Elmira Savings Bank building and the old Hawley building located on Main Street in the Village of Moravia.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
